1) how much pressure the cop was really exerting on the man's neck?
2) whether or not the placement of the knee bone was in such a location as to obstruct his breathing?
3) whether or not the man had spent a number of years using harmful drugs like crack or meth (or both) and as such, whether or not his health was already severely damaged making him more susceptible to serious injury or death than a normally healthy man?
There has been no definitive coroner's report yet, but as usual all the knee jerkers and reactionaries like you are jumping to your favorite conclusions.
