Okay, same thing. The ICE officers approached and were obviously giving him commands to do something, likely being told he was under arrest or detained. Pretti resisted rather that follow those instructions. That escalated into the officer(s) laying hands on him. At whatever point they knew he was armed with a gun they clearly knew it. Had he not been armed, he very likely, almost certainly, would not have been shot.

This likely represents Russia now paying Tim and other magat influencers to split to really ramp up the chaos.

Russia will already be very happy with the magats willingness to eat propaganda and they have them all aligned and the next level of chaos would be for a split in magat land making Trump feel real endangered and cornered so that he knows his only path to win the MT is to escalate to the Insurrection act.

He lived in that neighborhood so there are several reasons he would be walking around and carrying his gun, with all that is going on.

As a nurse and particularly a V.A nurse, who is committed to service, whatever reason he was out if he then thinks he sees anyone being abused he is going to try and document it and then help.

Problem you have is that is not obvious.

What is obvious is the guy was doing everything legal and despite his Constitutional rights the officer walks up and assaults him violently shoving him to ground.

There is no command the officer could have gave that justified that.

Yes, they knew. The ICe guy in gray took the gun from him while the other officers were playing the beat the person game. They were all in arms length. He was surrounded, being punched and kicked and pepper-sprayed. They had him powerless. Then shot him 9 or 10 times, executing him.

It is the job of the officer to know that before shooting.

Any officer who escalates to shooting is supposed to FIRST identify a clear deadly threat and not just act on the fear of one.
