RQAAWell its either allowed or not. Which is it?
Is this true?Who's coming for your guns?

Pivot fallacy. Attempted proof by anecdote.I know a few leftists who carry all the time.
Blatant lie.I'm actually thinking about it for the first time in my life. Gun rights advocates are turning against Trump. Trumptards worry all the time about "lies seizing my guns". Ironic but IT MIGHT BE TRUMP THAT TRIES IT!!
Mantra 1d. Lame.I can't, Terry. I'm sorry man. Good luck with your mental illness.
He IS being decent.Sad for ya man. You COULD just choose to be decent, you know?
Irrelevant. He had no ID on him. In Minnesota you must be licensed and carry an ID on you to carry a gun.
True. Indeed, he was an excellent example of how to deal with the police when you are armed.Rittenhouse did not fight with the police.
True. The long gun that Rittenhouse was carrying did not require a license for him to carry.
It is ALWAYS a bad idea to point a gun at law enforcement or to resist arrest when armed.Rittenhouse was legal and Preti was not.
Okay, same thing. The ICE officers approached and were obviously giving him commands to do something, likely being told he was under arrest or detained. Pretti resisted rather that follow those instructions. That escalated into the officer(s) laying hands on him. At whatever point they knew he was armed with a gun they clearly knew it. Had he not been armed, he very likely, almost certainly, would not have been shot.Arrested? He was assaulted while standing on a sidewalk. Nor did he approach "police" with a visible weapon. The first agent approached him, took part in wrestling him to the ground and only then was it noticed that he had a holstered gun.

"A popular MAGA podcaster appears to have turned on Donald Trump in the wake of the second fatal shooting of a US citizen by federal officers in weeks.
"Right-wing political commentator Tim Pool declared a "civil war" and branded the president "weak" as he questioned the Trump administration's narrative surrounding the death ICU nurse Alex Jeffrey Pretti, 37. Pretti, a US citizen who had no criminal record, was shot dead by a US Border Patrol officer on Saturday while protesting Trump’s immigration crackdown in his city following the January 7 killing of Renee Good by an Immigration and Customs officer."
Ruh roh, Donald. Fuck you!
Carrying a gun is not a crime.
The video I saw they had already removed his gun.
And there is zero evidence he was there protesting.A white, male, legal gun carrying American just got his gun confiscated so the government could murder him in broad day light
Because he was peacefully protesting his government
And how do all these “don’t tread on me” right wing White, male, legal gun carrying Americans react?
They back the jackbooted Thugs
My apologies to Denmark
“Something smells rotten in Denmark”
No, Goldie. I didn't say that. Please read what I said. The NRA is a HUGE constituency. They "rate" all politicians regarding how "gun friendly" they think they are. If you have less than an "A" rating with the NRA you can't BE a Republican.Do you actually think regular people vote in lockstep with the NRA?
You're wrong again. The majority of Republicans love what's happening. The majority of AMERICANS hate what's happening. I saw the poll, I'm not lying to you.A lot more people are glad illegals are being hauled out of here by the dozen.
Yes, and so did Charlie Kirk who was murdered by a white man, and so does trump who was shot at by a white man and was the victim of a second attempted murder by - guess who?Why do you think they should stay? Didn't Laken Riley deserve a life too?
Problem you have is that is not obvious.Okay, same thing. The ICE officers approached and were obviously giving him commands to do something, likely being told he was under arrest or detained. Pretti resisted rather that follow those instructions. That escalated into the officer(s) laying hands on him. At whatever point they knew he was armed with a gun they clearly knew it. Yes, they knew. The ICe guy in gray took the gun from him while the other officers were playing the beat the person game. They were all in arms length. He was surrounded, being punched and kicked and pepper-sprayed. They had him powerless. Then shot him 9 or 10 times, executing him.But it comes with risks.
Did every officer present know that? I doubt it. That was a very confused situation. There was at least one other protester involved in it too. Pretti was still struggling with the officers as well.
It is the job of the officer to know that before shooting. But it comes with risks.

None of that justifies shooting him. None of them, and I know you know that. But it comes with risks.
