No, it isn't. Now you're the one spreading disinformation. Media Matters sued Fox for damaging its professional reputation and ability to sell its products by lying about Media Matters. And Fox settled because it's guilty. Your hang up on the word "incitement" and misunderstanding of its legal definition have nothing to do with Fox caving to Media Matters for lying as a corporate, coordinated policy.

When will you drooling idiots stop saying this? Have you ever taken a political science course in your entire life? Fascism has NEVER been considered left. It is solidly and has always been considered far right. Perhaps you should look at a political spectrum before you join a political forum.

Chauvin was convicted of the federal crime of violating Floyd's civil rights. He received a sentence of 21 years for that crime.
That was in addition to the murder conviction for the state crimes.

Then the idiots who've gotten it wrong need correction. Define in terms that don't use circular reasoning what constitutes the radical Right's political views versus what constitutes the radical Left's political views. That puts fascism solidly on the radical Left. Perhaps you should look at a political spectrum that doesn't use ill-defined terms and circular reasoning to define what is Left and Right.

Floyd was not murdered. He died of a drug overdose (fentanyl).
The insurrection by Democrats occurred in most every city. They even attempted to go into some rural towns (until they were forcibly kicked out!).
The insurrection included open rebellion against the United States by forming CHAZ and other encampments like it.

By the time CHAZ fell apart, and the City of Seattle finally had to go in and clean it up, the filth left behind was unimaginable. Using hazmat suits, the workers filled TWO garbage trucks with filth just from the encampment. Some of the effects of the graffiti and vandalism that took place during that time is still there.

Now you have open unrestricted violent crime in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. San Francisco streets have become an open sewer of feces, rats, and other public hazards.
Businesses are having to flee these areas. I really can't blame them. More and more of these cities are boarded up, and those businesses are NOT returning.

Now you have a 'president' that openly allows fentanyl to cross the border and kill people, and also allows organized crime to operate freely through the border.
Lately, fentanyl has been cut with a veterinary tranquilizer producing 'tranq', a drug that turns people into living zombies (before eventually killing them).
