Not sure healthcare would explain asthma. It does explain other things, in particular the stroke rates in black females because doctors treat their high blood pressure like it is normal for black folks.
Whites breathe the same kind of air. Also, have you ever been to Africa? Where you can really separate the black from the Whites? I have never been. But I do know that they have at least some real doctors there. Who were educated in Western medicine. Maybe they would have a little better idea of what is normal for negro women. Don't you think that this is something that they would have passed on to Western doctors? But this is pie in the sky. Because I'm sure it is common knowledge to American Veterinarians what is normal for any stage in the life of a chimpanzee. Male or female.

You want to know "real" for negroes in Africa? Most of the people there believe that their bad luck is caused by witches casting hexes on them. Many (if not most) still practice cannibalism. And in places, slavery is still practiced. Also, another place that for some reason they have negroes in in New Guinea. First, you are right. Obviously not all species of human are the same. Next, testing people is a good idea. But you probably have no idea on what to test them on. For example, I read somewhere once that scientists had identified something around 140 different categories of intelligence. I would have to imagine that there is an equal number of things that somebody could be stupid at. So doing tests to settle things would be quite difficult. Next, that I intellectually kick everybody's ass around here and at any other forum in the topics I bring up doesn't suggest I might fail.
Next, the Nazis may have practiced eugenics. But that is only because when it comes to what humanity will be in the future, it is a good thing. Also, the U.S. was doing it before the Nazis. Next, that most creatures choose to stick to their own is a "test" that has and is being done.
