Provide the name of one person that has been held in prison for years without an indictment.
No one spent year in prison without being charged. In fact no one spends longer than a few days without being indicted on a criminal charge since the US Constitution would not allow that.

Provide the name of this person that has been in prison for years without being charged with a crime.
