HE did not end the Constitution (I never claimed he did), he has however attempted to justify someone doing it in the future.

Oh wow in the future huh? Terrifying. I saw where trump said he was going to eat all the babies....in the future. Is this what all the trials are about? For attempting to justify someone ending the constitution in the future?
