gun rights are one of the most important rights we have. it's as important as abortion rights, and quite frankly, probably more important. If our government descends into tyranny you can't fight oppression with dead fetuses. Right next to free speech, guns are everything.

They are less secure under Obama....especially when he is granted a second term, than they would be under Romney.

Really? We're going for gun rights as important as free speech? Really? Not religion, press, gatherings, not cruel and unusual punishment or search and seizure? We're going for the right to own a shotgun as the most important. Really?

romney had to deal with an 85% democrat legislator. So keep in mind what he said in mass isn't necessarily what he believed. He is not anti-gun, I don't ever remember him making a big deal out of them or talking about them extensively. Certainly not a crusader. I wouldn't worry about him and guns. He's more about tax issues and sticking it to the proles, not usurping guns.
