armed insurrection

I wouldnt say that.... sure there is a great deal of apathy and indifferance.....but I still see it in people. The smallest of sparks. But it's still there, waiting for the right catalyst. In my eyes they only need a leader.

how much more will bushco have to do to provoke armed insurrection

more illegal actions

more immoral actions

more unconstitutional actions

deciding to declare a state of emergency and not leave office at the end of his term because he is the only one that fully understands the situation

None of the above.

Americans aren't that courageous. It doesn't matter what he does, Americans are just going to roll over and take it .. and the neocons know it.

Maybe they are offered a real alternative they may responde. Whats really killing is this "china or bust" irresponsible form of globalism and our sham of a monetary system. But you can't be motivated to even admit they're issues. Maybe it's a sad day when even our "activists" are apparatchik shills like you.

Why do you still support the MWO by buying Chinese stuff asshat ?

Because other manufacturers have been put out of business by slave labor and currency manipulation, while our leaders encouraged it the entire time. Trade policy is generally made at the national level, and we should embargo countries which do not have a similar view toward human rights. That type of trade is a race to the bottom, not uplifting; it's merely profitizing totalitarianism and inhumanity.

But of course, you will stick with your simplistic "we deserve it" meme until chairman mao is erected in dc in place of the phallus of astarte, or whatever that stupid obelisk is.

We allowed this to happen by eagerly buying cheap Chinese stuff. If we as consumers had rejected them ....well the law of supply and demand you know.
And what we consumers spend is 2/3 of our economy so our spending habits pretty much control the direction the us economy and imports take..

Because nobody was really appraising us of the long term ramifications, security ramifications. I believe people will change their spending habits if made aware of these issues by concerned leaders, instead of being encouraged in stupidity by corrupt leaders who simply want to profit of our demise.

Nothing here is irreversible. And we should reverse course. Get with the program grandpa, your collaboration with the international fascists, which you think will protect the value of your access road lot, has failed. We're not gonna take it anymore. The Greatest Generation, and the Baby Boomers are both out of step with freedom, bothing having been corrupted by the system, and conspiring to sell my generation into bondage. Screw you old geezers. This is now, and our fate is in our hands. Your negativity and "we can't go back" mantra only reveal you as the cynical defeatist conspirator you are. Be gone, betrayer!:clink:

And we should just flat out NOT TRADE with nations who have no concept of expressive, religious, or personal freedom, and who use prison/slave labor. And they shouldn't be allowed to artificially suppress their currency to dominate exports. All of this is a sellout job. Screw it all. Note: I still believe in international trade, but a version that eschews barbarity and inhumanity. Business should be placed in a moral context, like many other facets of life.

I'm sure usc agrees with that, and thinks that as penance for the error we must be disallowed from changing policy.

You are just following the lead of the MWO asshat. People are responsible for figuring things out themnelvs and just not beeing sheep eager to be led like you.
Blame it on the leaders and eagerly give up your most powerful tool if you want ie your spending power.
But then what could you whine about ?

Im not giving up my spending power, douchesack. Don't be so afraid of holding leaders accountable for corruption and selling their people down the toilet, you cowardly wank.

"People are responsible for figuring things out themselves"? If you really believe that, then what is the point of leadership, besides abuse and personal gain, I mean?

What's sad is that there are too many American psuedo-cowboys like you. You talk all this macho bullshit about China then run your ass to Walmart to support what you claim is a problem. Then claim "I don't have a choice" and "leadership made me do it" .. stupid as hell.

What you lack is the courage of your convictions .. or better put, courage, period.

You're just another right-winger looking to blame your frailties and ideological confusion on someone else.

There is another word for globalism .. it's called "capitalism" .. be very afraid.

Umm I am talking about you asshat, not me. I admit to being part of the problem and am not running around like chicken little and saying fix it for me, wipe out the big global conspiracy.

No. You're going around whitewashing their treachery and portraying their treasonous dealmaking as some kind of path to utopia. You're part of the problem and will have nothing to do with solution. I have a foot in both camps at least. That makes me better.

I am not real sure which camp you are working for though.

I think it's pretty obvious which side i'm on. It's pretty obvious which side you're on too, considering your general dishonesty, inexplicable pessimism, and "blame the victim" rhetoric regarding the issue.
