You miss the point, as usual. If a person is legally carrying a gun you don't know if he is about to point it at you or not. Therefore, you can't shoot him because you think he might. The guards could not legally shoot the lookout guy because he had a gun.

You keep ignoring the original point--you cannot use deadly force just to protect property. I didn't make the state laws (which vary on specifics). What should the guards have done?

I addressed the thieves issue and called for all posters to be more civil, polite, and quit substituting personal insults for substantive debate. It was not bashing Christians but calling for those posters who claim to be Christians to act like it. I made the same statement about the other posters who are rude, crude, insulting, and profane (especially the ones who like to talk about male genitals).

Yes, when you mentioned it the first time I gave you the benefit of the doubt on that.

But, then I thought, that would pretty much have to require an inside job to pull that off.

I think this was just a happenstance crime, and ignorance played the largest role here, And who knows, many armed guards have never faced having to use their firearms before. Some people just can't shoot people when it comes down to it.

They just need to keep the doors locked and keep these street thugs out. More than likely these were not professional or even intelligent thieves.

If I sold Lamborghinis and Ferrari's, I would never allow the riff/raff to come into my store for many reasons.

No Sir, if you want to see or look at or touch my $500,000 cars, you will need an appointment and you must have a letter of credit!

That is a good question.

This question came up on a Dr. Phil episode a few months back, where Dr. Phil used police evidence video clips to make his point that White people also do smash and grabs. But his evidence were smash and grabs at Home Depot and some other stores where the items taken were items less than $100.

Today, White Crime lords notably hire gangs, mostly black gangs to carry out these very risky and dangerous crimes worth millions.

I watched this film clip and noticed these were some pretty tall and large men that carried this crime out. These guys were large and built up enough they could have been playing for some NFL team. Call me Howard Cosell, but normally, when I see tall well built up men these days, THEY ARE USUALLY BLACK!

How many White Guys play professional Basketball or Football these days? The NFL is made up of only 27% of White NOn-Hispanic players today, And in Basketball that is less than half that of Non-Hispanic Whites. The reason is the average Body Size is just not that large in White Men.
