Fucking towelhead jihadists are hard to distinguish from respectable Middle Eastern residents and citizens who have every right to be here.

America had about 240,000,000 residents when I was a kid.
Now we have 100,000,000 more.
If we weeded out the troglodytes today, the vast majority of them probably being American born,
we'd probably be right back to 240M...or maybe fewer.
