You're making this lowered eyes claim. You provide the link. Neither the Times nor Post mentions "notes" in their news coverage this morning. Nor did she "look down constantly", not that it would mean notes if she had? It's commonplace to lower one's eyes when composing an answer in your head. Aside from all this, her performance was far better than the hyperbolic ramble we would certainly have gotten from Trump in that situation, notes or no notes.

well maybe in Cal with all their earthquake faults and things being shaky out there in the first place it isn't a good idea to do any fracking.
I would think as unstable as it is out there with earthquakes it is a good idea not to frack and maybe cause more earthquakes them they already are having.

She studied the issue and found it to be a losing issue, especially in Pa. and flip flopped for expediency.
