Civility and respect? "I want to change the tone of Washington to one of civility and respect."
Wasn't that a big goose egg for that loser! I was looking at his 2000 acceptance speech and in hindsight, it's farcical. Here are a few excerpts. It almost makes me gag to read them.
I am proud to have Dick Cheney by my side. He is a man of integrity and sound judgment, who has proven that public service can be noble service.
We will use these good times for great goals.
And we will extend the promise of prosperity to every forgotten corner of this country.
