The biggest complaint my relatives in Canada have is the hassle of being able to switch to a general practitioner of their choice if they do not like their family doctor. The other issue is the variation in quality of health care between provinces. My cousins fear having a medical emergency in Quebec, and will go to extraordinary measures to make sure they get emergency care in Ontario.
I never heard them complain about wait times.
The bottom line though, they would never trade their system for ours.
No developed countries want anything to do with having the broken American system.
