There were 39 pardons. The Chinese man wasn't pardoned. The MAGAts are lying by claiming he was. While I disagree with Biden breaking his word about pardoning Hunter, it's equally wrong for the MAGA morons to lie about Biden's pardons and other acts of clemency.

...A post on X claims that a CCP (Chinese Communist Party) agent was another recipient of Joe Biden’s pardons. It claims that this man had 47,000 files of child pornography. This is misleading, however, as it gets some facts wrong and needs more context.

The man, whose mugshot is shown in the viral X post, is named Shanlin Jin, and he did receive an Executive Grant of Clemency on November 22. His sentence was commuted and he was ordered to be deported back to his native China. He was caught in Texas with having “possessed and distributed more than 600 images and videos of child pornography,” which is far from the 47,000 stated in the post. He pled guilty to one count of possession of child pornography and was sentenced in 2022 to 97 months in prison.

No part of Jin’s complaint or sentencing documents claim that he was found with 47,000 files of illegal pornography, nor does it mention that he was a CCP agent in any way. There is no proof at press time that Jin has any ties to the Chinese government at all.

Jin, who was a doctoral student at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, was granted clemency as part of a prisoner swap with China. He was not pardoned, as himself and two other Chinese nationals were sent back to China in exchange for three American citizens, John Leung, Kai Li, and Mark Swidan.

Trump's love of tariffs is because he is at core, still a teenage bully. He deals with foreign nations like he did school kids. They are strong and will tell him to fuck off. He had 12 Russians in the W H , had meetings at MAR with the Chinese, and then his meeting with Putin again all those meetings did NOT have another AMERICAN any where around.

There is not a 'chance'. There is no question that he not only sold our secrets to our enemies willingly, but that he no doubt had the info stolen by outside entities that had free range in Mar A Lago. He had a bad habit of bragging about the documents to anyone who would listen.

That is how American business has functioned for half a century. Are you just catching up? They first moved manufacturing to Mexico for cheap labor and no environmental regulations. Then they went to China. Walmart and the Big 3 built manufacturing there. They gave away our manufacturing techniques and intellectual properties. Walmart told its suppliers, No Chinese presence, and no more selling to Walmart:." We and China built cities to support manufacturing. The owner and exes wanted as much short-term profits as they could get. They made trillions getting great bonuses and retirement packages. We got cheaper goods.
Our manufacturing has crumbled. We cannot make things here.

I agree now try to get even ONE Right winger / MAGA to even say there is a Chance he COULD have sole / given them some of our secrets. They can't.
Trump could be one of Americas biggest Traitors and biggest threat to our security.
His dislike and loathing of our intelligence agencies is well known, Heck he says he would believe what ever Putin told him over our own Intell agencies .
Heck it was only a few weeks after he had his meeting with the 12 Russians in the W H that the NSA, CIA, FBI all said there had been an unexplained and suspicious increase in our deep cover agents being found and some killed, Could Trump have told them how to find our deep cover agents seeing he hated them so much?

I don't care to discuss anything with MAGA fools. They don't merit my time. We know what's going on, and despite all the bluster re. the pee pee tapes being a lie...Putin has damning information on trump. Whether it is proof of the money laundering, criminal or perverted activity, etc., we know that trump has to tiptoe around Putin.

When trump won the election, Putin put Melania's nudes all over Russian t.v.. I think he felt the need to remind trump who holds all the cards.
Russia aside...trump will sell foreign policy to the highest bidder, as long as he reaps the rewards. He's out to prove that the emoluments clause does not apply to him, and he has the corrupt Supreme Court sharing in the spoils.
