What I'm talking about is say, an interview, town hall, or other venue where Biden isn't given a week or three to prepare, doesn't have notes in front of him, and has to think on his feet.

Or was this a case of sick and twisted Elder Abuse, where people other than the sworn and official President, were using the power of the Presidency, against the Law and Constitution?
I have never like Biden, even 20 years ago, when he had his full faculties. But, if he was cognitively disabled, and someone else, not the official President, was using and abusing Presidential powers, that is an Extremely serious set of crimes!
I will stand to defend Biden's right to be a person who might have been a President, but had declined into being mentally disabled. Not because I like Biden, but because I defend the Constitution!
