The problem comes down to Did Biden know these documents were being signed? Did he authorize their signing? Given that we know Biden was suffering dementia and senility at a fairly serious level, did staffers take advantage of that and use an autopen to sign stuff Biden knew nothing about? If they did, and it's looking pretty damn likely given the amount / percentage of documents signed in the last 100 days of that administration by autopen, then there is a major problem and one that seriously criminal.

It does, you just didn't notice. When asked a question with a specific answer, Biden hesitated considerably then gave a vague and non-specific response. He did that several times. When responding to generalized questions he gave what I'd call 'pat answers.' That is, some generic fluff that he's said for decades to those questions. That's typical for patients with Alzheimer's. They have decent long-term memory but can't deal with specifics that are in the present.

That means if the staffers were using the autopen to sign documents Biden was unaware of, they committed forgery on presidential documents. If Trump knew something was signed by autopen, that's fine.
