No they aren't. "Packing the court" involves expanding the size of the court beyond nine justices (and filling those spots with ideologues)... Reds have never advocated for such a thing...
While his wording back then was completely retarded (and btw, he was only mimicking JOE BIDEN'S WORDS from back in 1992... look up the "Biden Rule"), he had every Constitutional authority to do what he did in 2016...

Packing the Court is a common occurrence among many State Governments, and regardless of all the excuses and rationalizations offered, Mitch speed racing a nomination thru just two and half weeks prior to a Presidential election is just wrong, all part of a game he has been playing with Judges for close to a decade now
And as far as the Constitution, no where in the Constitution is nine Judges established as the number, and as far as precedent and tradition is concerned, Mitch has pretty much ignored such regarding the Judiciary just as he has done the Senate, so forget the "Dems hate the Constitution etc" rant

What are your thoughts on Biden refusing to give you a straight answer about whether or not he is going to do it... even outright telling you that you don't deserve to know his stance on the issue??
I think that Trump is very smart for refusing to promise that he will definitely accept the results of an election which has not yet occurred (details are important). He took the same stance in 2016, and I agreed with it then, so this is nothing new.
What are your thoughts on the media refusing to ask Biden a similar question, as to whether or not he will accept the results of the November election?? As Trump rightly points out, Democrats STILL haven't accepted the results of the election that happened FOUR YEARS AGO (as evidenced by their constant hoaxes, the pathetic impeachment attempt, and various other coup attempts).

** They reject the executive powers of the President if they happen to not like the President, and they reject the Electoral College. They reject the proper method and reasoning for removing a President from office. They reject the enumerated duties of a President, especially the duties of preserving/defending/protecting the US Constitution. (thus rejecting Article II)
** They reject the scope and role of SCOTUS and other inferior courts. They believe that SCOTUS are the sole interpreters of the US Constitution. They believe that SCOTUS are oligarchs. (thus rejecting Article III)
** They reject the Republican form of government that is guaranteed to the States. They reject protecting the States from invasions and domestic violence (especially when relating to immigration, and now Antifa and BLM as well). (thus rejecting Article IV)
** They reject the formal amendment process, and instead regularly misuse the court system as a "work-around" to that. They wish to transform the USA into the USSA (United Socialist States of America). (thus rejecting Article V)
** They reject legislating in pursuance of the US Constitution. (thus rejecting Article VI)
** They reject that the States (collectively) are the owners of the US Constitution. (thus rejecting Article VII)
** They also reject many of the Amendments to the Constitution, and actively fight against people's inherent rights (such as the right to have and express an opinion, freedom of religion, right to keep and bear arms, right to not wear a mask, due process, etc...)
So, as you can see, liberals reject the whole works. It gets in their way. They hate the document. They hate freedom. They hate self-governance. They hate America. Fuck the Satanic liberals!

On COVID 19 Joke Biden wants what amounts to a "do over." He wants to take the US back to March of this year and redo the whole COVID 19 crisis even as it is winding down today. He wants a national mask mandate replete with criminal penalties for not wearing one. He wants a new PPE production boost even as there is no shortage of PPE today. He wants a new economic and personal lockdown of everything even as the economy and people are beginning to return to normal.
Seems to me that he's like 6 + months behind the curve on decision making on this issue. I guess he does deserve the "Slow Joe" or "Sleepy Joe" moniker after all.
