Biden's pardon as an admission of guilt of Hunter's crimes

I am not clutching at any pearls. Biden did exactly what I thought he would do. Unlike you, I didn't believe him when he said he wouldn't pardon Hunter.

My amusement is from all of you leftists claiming the moral high ground and screaming NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW. Now you have to choke on those words. You won't publicly admit it because you are incapable of such a rational response, but you know deep down that I am right
We all knew that he would pardon his son. Why wouldn't he? Biden paid for his crimes. Contrast that with every one of trump's past and future pardons. The only difference? Biden doesn't sell pardons. trump did.

It wasn't that Biden pardoned Hunter Biden for his gun crimes and tax evasion. Biden used Nixon pardon like language pardoning him and granting clemency for any and all crimes committed going back to January 2014.

Now some who are uninformed may think that January 2014 is an arbitrary date. It is not. Hunter started working for Burisma in April of 2014.

If Hunter committed no crimes, why the need to pardon him for things he wasn't even charged or convicted of or plead guilty to?

Oh, I know that the leftists will twist themselves in knots over this by saying "but, but but Trump", but it will fall on deaf ears.

For one they are the ones who for the last four years screaming "NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW"

Additionally, the irony of Hunter being pardoned for gun crimes (the left hates guns) and tax evasion (the left is always saying the rich don't pay their fair share) is too rich to even fathom.

Thanks for admitting your son is a criminal Joey.

PS

Biden can be impeached over this

Didn't the Supreme Court's ruling in Burdick v. United States (1915) establish that accepting a pardon can be interpreted as an admission of guilt?

The issue was Hunter's claim that he was being treated differently from others who had committed similar crimes.

I think he was being treated differently from others who had committed similar crimes, sex pest. Probably not in the sense you meant, of course.

Just so you know. I am thrilled he did it. He has given Trump carte blanche
Pffffffttthhhhhttt!!!!!

You actually think it would have made a difference?

By the time trump is finished, he'll have pardoned every white collar federal inmate in the country and have them working in his administration.

He'll have the asshole thugs who assaulted the Capitol Police working for the Capitol Police.

But your statement is an interesting if not unsurprising admission about how you're happy that trump is going to shit all over the law while he's busy fucking up the rest of the country.
