And yes Biden can be impeached for powers granted to the President if those powers are abused. Now will he? Probably not, but he most certainly could be impeached. He can be impeached for anything.

So what crimes do you think Hunter committed in 2014 that Joey is protecting him from.

I read (haven't confirmed) that now that Joey has pardoned Hunter, Hunter can no longer plead the fifth if called to testify under oath. Because there is no crime to self incriminate as he has already been pardoned.

I am not sure if that holds up legally, but it would make things interesting
