Biden claimed that blacks lack diversity. Most people would consider that condescending. People who view diversity as an end unto itself (progressives), rather than simply a means to an end (normal people), have to view that as racist by default.

He didn't say they lack diversity. You realize that Latino (and Hispanic) people come from many different countries, including Spain? So naturally they're "incredibly diverse".

Where? Black communities generally have the same outlook and attitudes with their own culture.

Do you think that, say, Cubans have the same outlooks, attitudes and experiences as Mexicans?

I can agree with you on something... Biden should have worded it better because he should have known people would have explosive diarrhea over it.
