You agree it was pretty condescending? His surprise seemed pretty geniune that black people weren't throwing food and screaming in the restaurant.

I was imagining me sitting with my (black) ex-g/f's parents in a restaurant and commenting on how orderly and peaceful everything seemed for a black establishment.
Oh, didn't you know? That's how most meals around black people go. We don't simply say, "Can you please pass me the salt?", we say stuff like, "Grandma, get 'yo b!tch a$$ up and get me the salt befo' I buss a cap in yo' as$. Rekanize...E-town.....Wessss siiiiiiyyyde" and then we proceed to hold up gang signs and pop off a few guns. Its so quaint.......good times......good times.....
Not only would you be humiliated and likely called out on said faux pas....she'd never live it down with her family.
I find it odd that no one has brought that up on his show. If I'm ever on there for anything you can rest assured I'd bring it up.

For some strange reason, I'm a firm believer that table manners are not linked to hair color, eye color, or skin color.
