It is a factual statement. The second attack was by a man who was not at the first attack. If he was searching for the people who attacked him before, he did not find them, so it really does not matter.

The police say he is innocent, but they cannot drop charges. That means that either the prosecutor will drop charges, or the prosecutor will allow a grand jury to drop charges.

One of us should bookmark this discussion, keep an eye on new developments, and post it when the spurious charges are dropped.

This discussion wouldn't even exist had the bicyclist been White and the aggressors Black... unless it was posted to scream in outrage about reverse racism.

You don't know if there is no evidence. All you have is a very biased article . This altercation was witnessed. The police know a lot more about this altercation than you do. They think he had turned into the aggressor. This is for a jury to look at all the evidence available and then make a decision.

He armed himself and went back to the scene of the first altercation. That is evidence. He didn't have to return to the scene. He was seeking another altercation because he had armed himself. If I had done the same thing in Texas I would be arrested. I'm a concealed carrier and I understand the laws in Texas. If this guy had armed himself and ran into the other guys at a totally different place the next day. He might not have been arrested.

If a black person roamed through a subdivision and randomly shot 46 white people, the foul person would say that it was justified…no prosecution.

If white the shooter would have been called racist and would have protest for him to be charged with murder
