Bluesky has storm clouds gathering

Notice to thin-skinned (and thick-skulled) leftists:

I don't know your username on Bluesky (even if you publicly offered to share it with everyone on JPP).

I've never been to Bluesky.

I've never posted a link to a Bluesky "skeet".

But if a screenshot of one of your "skeets" gets reposted here, it was probably the work of these folks:

Why don't you suggest they refrain from their activities?

So they should rename it Anti-social Lies then shouldn't they?

Methinks he's referring to the exclusive nature and limited reach of both platforms. I could be wrong, but Damocles is a libertarian and a longtime free speech absolutist... like Elon Musk.

What I'm getting at is that Blue Sky appears to be going to a more extreme version of what Twitter was before Musk bought it. That is, it self-imposes censorship on anyone or any post that doesn't agree with the narrow political and social views of the moderators, and that viewpoint is one of the Progressive Left.

You post anything outside of that, and it gets squashed, you get banned, etc. The site is highly intolerant and anti-social.

No surprise, since Jack Dorsey was one of the founders.

But even he wised up.
