Bogus. Complete rubbish. Bullshit.

it puts a * beside Biden's name in the history books.......the first man put in the Oval Office by a means other than an election conducted in accordance with the US constitution

It isn't the US constitution, it's the constitutions of PA and WI as interpreted after Trump lost and still subject to litigation.

If Biden gets a * for that, Trump should get a Red Giant. But will it be enough to satisfy his ego?

1) the WI election was unconstitutional under the US constitution because it was conducted under a method not approved by its state legislature......the PA election violated its own constitution.....both are unconstitutional......

2) it makes no difference that the courts decided the elections were unconstitutional AFTER the election was over.......they were unconstitutional at the time of the election.......as were the elections in several other states........

3) don't know what a red giant is or how you think Trump earned one, but it doesn't change the fact Biden was not elected in a constitutionally conducted election.......

Your feeble flailings to defend the loss of your #MalignantMessiah are amusing. Those two states have (R) majorities. Why are they not challenging their own election processes all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court? They have standing. They have a conservative Court. What's the hold up, hmm?

the PA election violated its own constitution

Of the 14 Republican state lawmakers who sued to declare Act 77 unconstitutional, 11 actually voted for the law when it passed in 2019.

Why did they vote for this "unconstitutional" law, then change their minds later? Did something happen in 2020?

don't know what a red giant is or how you think Trump earned one

A Red Giant is a big star, just the thing for Trump! Don't you learn a lot at JPP? :)

it is in the constitution.

the constitution says STATE LEGISLATURES shall decide the rules of the elections there.
:truestory:

THE STATE LEGISLATURES DIDN'T VOTE ON COVID ELECTION RULES!

The WI legislature gave the authority to the WI Election Commission to draw up the rules. They did, giving guidelines to the clerks the options for drop boxes, etc. The WI Supreme Court (4-3) said those guidelines were not EXPRESSLY authorized in law and thus were illegal.

So if only the WI and PA were overturned then Trump would have still lost? That is your argument?
Biden - 306 EV - 30 EV = 276 EV
Trump - 232 EV + 30 EV = 262 EV

OMG.. Trump was cheated out of losing!!!!

not sure I understand......if they are controlled by Republicans and the election process has already been corrected by the state courts why would they appeal it at all?....wouldn't it be the demmycrats who want the cases appealed?....

there were over a dozen states with unconstitutional elections.........but the only argument you need to remember is that Biden was put in office by unconstitutional elections......it is his legacy.......
