its a simple difference........when the court says unconstitutional, as they have, its unconstitutional.....were you too stupid to realize that?.......

I am curious where the court said "unconstitutional" in reference to the WEC rules.

The word "unconstitutional" appears 3 times in the ruling. In two instances, the court is referencing other court rulings where something was declared unconstitutional, and once where it quotes the WEC in its brief filed in a different case.
