THE House of Commons has overwhelmingly back Boris Johnson's Brexit Bill, firing the starting gun on Brexit, which will now happen on 31st January.

The news means Mr Johnson is able to deliver on his pledge to take Britain out of the EU by the end of next month "no ifs or buts". The legislation was passed by 358 votes to 234, sealing a thumping 124-vote majority. Jeremy Corbyn had earlier ordered his Labour MPs to vote against the Bill.

The news was greeted with delight by the massed ranks of Tory MPs, with one heard to shout "back of the net" as the result was announced, while Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage immediately tweeted: "Brexit is happening. An historic moment."

Meanwhile new European Council President Charles Michel posted that it was "an important step forward".

More than three years since Britain voted to exit the EU in a 2016 referendum, the deep uncertainty over Brexit has now been replaced by the firm deadline of the end of January. Only after that will the prime minister face talks to secure a trade deal with the bloc and another target date of the end of next year.

Getting "the Brexit vote wrapped up for Christmas" was the main aim for Mr Johnson showing that, unlike his predecessor Theresa May, he now had free rein to drive Brexit forward despite continued criticism from opposition lawmakers.

Normally I would debate with you about whether opposition to Israel constitutes antisemitism, or not. Today, however, Labour had a series of antisemitic gaffes which were unrelated to Zionism, and which were embarrassing before the public.

Within the constraints of the massively biased media and the deluge of Brexit lies stuffed into them they were ' free' to vote for anybody . The fact that the forces of intelligence, gravitas and sincerity ' lost ' is not down to any irresponsibility on my part. Same as when Trump got elected- ignorance triumphed. Now it's up to intelligent Brits to rid themselves of the installed fascist.

I'll help out by crucifying maggot and co. right here whenever possible. He's pretending not to notice that all his Johnson ' donors ' are clamoring for European passports. So are you.
