Breaking: President Trump becomes...........

That is FALSE and you are stupid.

As someone who has owned businesses, been an Officer and Director I know for FACT that anything we sign and submit, WE ARE THEN RESPONSIBLE for the accuracy of.

As the company and its officers YOU DO NOT get a pass by saying 'my employee, the company Controller made the statements and not me'. Once you put your signature on it and submit it, it is the company and its Officers who are FULLY responsible.

What does that have to do with this instance of Fraud by Trump Org?

Trump org hired the Controller and put above him a CFO, Alan Weiselberg, who was not an accountant and did not even understand the requirements of GAP filings.

Eric Trump and other Trumps provided the info for the employee to use in calculations, and then when those statements end up fraudulent, and Eric was the one who submitted them and signed them, he cannot say 'it was not me, blame my controller, I hired'.

Nothing shows more what a cult you are then the backflips you do to excuse Trump CLEAR and BLATANT fraud.

You are saying any business owner can hire someone as their book keeper. The owner can hand that person fraudulent data to prepare a financial statement with. And when the employee prepares the statement, the owner can sign it, submit it to banks, as the Officer and Fiduciary, and if accused of fraud, blame the employee sitting in the cubicle.

Every day, in you abject stupidity posted here, you guys prove my signature more and more correct.

They have never been in that position. Fry cook at McDonalds, Ditch digger, and Walmart greeter aren't officers of the company. I was signing off on compliance to a consent decree from CFPB. You do not fuck around with that kind of thing. And YOU are responsible. So you had better make damn sure you have measures in place to ensure that what you are stating is factual.

Are you saying Pedo Don really doesn't hire the best people???

Just further proof the cult surely does believe their Messiah is above the law, he commits fraud, breaks the law, and they not only think he is innocent, but also that he is being victimized cause he got caught

Well it certainly seems the people who loaned him the money thought it was a worthwhile investment to do so. The law trump supposedly broke requires that there be people affected by the alleged fraud. Who was affected? BTW the judge determined that trump overestimated the value of his properties but he has no expertise in appraising property. His only expertise is he hates trump and thats all you people need.

EXACTLY the CFO is also an OFFICER of the company like Don Jr and Eric were.

They MUST "ENSURE financial reporting and address deviations promptly" as you say above.

No officer, whether it is the CFO, COO, CTO, or the company owners, can just take the work from an underling employee and sign it and submit it to the bank, and when it is proved fraudulent just point to the person in the cubicle and say 'he prepared it... not me... I just signed it'

Especially when it was Eric Trump who gave the cubicle employee the data that was put in to the filing.

thanks for substantiating my point but being so stupid you did not realize it.

Already done. I provided you the links to everything you need to know about Trumps 7 Springs fraudulent filings, which is one example of many, so you can read it and i posted you the relevant cliff notes many times but here it is AGAIN below.

Below are just 3 of many, MANY more detailed frauds the judge laid out in detail in his ruling.

The first property listed there, 7 Springs, was an undeveloped plot of land of which the Trumps PLANNED to build a series of mansions on.

Trump paid Cushman Wakefield to appraise the land, and they gave him a value of $30MM. Trump was not happy with that and instead gave Banks a value range of $261-291MM.

Trump documents, as submitted stated the Mansions were already built and all construction costs complete. All of that was a fabrication. Trump never even had legal permission to develop the lots.

The abject ignorance of basic corporate structure is shocking. Did any of these rubes make it past the sixth grade? It's mind blowing how little they appear to know about, you know, life and stuff.

I only returned to corporate America as an employee in the last four years of my career. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse. My understanding is that anything Director and above is generally considered an officer, I was a VP, and they could not WAIT to hand off some of this signing authority to me. Since I was directly involved in the processes that ensured compliance, I had no issue with that, but that IS the point. You can't just abdicate. I suspect Don jr. and Eric were too fucking stupid to have the actual knowledge required of their positions, so they probably believed they weren't responsible.

False and a lie as has prior been pointed out to you.

Trump Keeps Attacking This Statute In N.Y. Fraud Case—Here’s Why His Claims Lack Merit

James sued Trump, his business associates—including his sons—and the Trump Organization for alleged fraud under New York Executive Law 63(12), which empowers the attorney general to go to court against anyone who “engage in repeated fraudulent or illegal acts or otherwise demonstrate persistent fraud or illegality in the carrying on, conducting or transaction of business.”

The statute allows the attorney general to ask a state judge to stop the business from continuing its activities and fraudulent acts, force the defendants to pay damages or other restitution and, if necessary, order business certificates to be canceled.

Judge Arthur Engoron has already found Trump and his company violated 63(12) by fraudulently misstating the value of their assets on financial documents...

...

The statute does not require intent to commit fraud or anyone to be harmed by the fraud,...

It is what makes my signature so true and accurate.

Most Magats are Marjorie Greene. They know NOTHING of the topics they speak on and yet they think they are experts.

In this instance you have Eric admit in court he gave the controller the data, that he used in creating the valuation report. Then Eric signs and submits that valuation to the banks, with the fraudulent data Eric provided, but magats say 'not Eric faults... blame the employee in the cubicle who prepared the document with the data i gave him.'

THE BUCK STOPS HERE. No Trumper will ever say that.

President Trump becomes first man fined by a court for paying back loans on time with interest to banks
that want to do more business with him.

Any intelligent person knows that is not what he was fined for. You are a liar.

There were zero fraudulent statements.

You wouldn't know what a fraudulent statement looks like if it was right in front of you.
The Courts said Trump make numerous fraudulent statements.
So who are we supposed to believe? A far right extremist who sucks Trump's dick on a daily basis or the courts?

You really are a pathetic moron.

Go back to sleep idiot. First off, there are no felonies in this case. Convictions or not, you're going to see all kinds of businesses leaving N.Y.C. and others who had wanted to do business or just plain move to N.Y. will no longer want to go there. No, N.Y.C. is going to hell real fast, not just because of that sham case against Trump where no one is going to invest in real estate anymore, but because of the democrat policies that has allowed crime (now mostly from migrants) to run rampant in that hellhole city. Police officers are being attacked by migrants and there is no or very little consequence for their actions. The democrat machine at work there fella. Keep voting for these destructive dem idiots.

BREAKING: Indicted 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is hit with devastating news as the biggest and most influential newspaper in the entire state of Texas endorses President Biden and tears Donald Trump to pieces.

The editorial board of The Houston Chronicle not only ripped into the MAGA cult leader, they laid out in plain black and white exactly why every American should vote for Joe Biden.

They write that Biden will "make life better" for the American people, has made our economy "healthier," and will crucially prevent the "chaos, corruption and danger to the nation" that would so clearly come from Trump getting a second term in the White House.

They state that the Biden administration has "performed remarkably well, despite the rancor and divisiveness that have afflicted this nation for nearly a decade."

The board concedes that Biden "has his shortcomings" like every other president, but says that he has a historic number of achievements that serve as a "potent reminder to his fellow Democrats, to independents and to those Republicans who have somehow resisted Trump's cultish appeal that the nation has a viable alternative."

In addition to his massive economic victories, they praise Biden's effort to curtail gun violence, his introduction of a price cap on insulin, and his astonishing success at uniting the world against Putin's "brutish" invasion of Ukraine.

When mentioning the situation along the southern border, the board writes that "blame primarily belongs to caviling and cynical MAGA Republicans in the House.

"In servility to Trump, they torpedoed a bipartisan border-security plan painstakingly crafted in the Senate. Biden can't solve the crisis by executive order; he needs Congress to act," the board writes.

At another point in the piece, the board easily dispatches the bad faith attacks on Biden's age, saying that he has "forgotten more than his presumed Republican rival will ever know. That's not saying much, and at the same time, it says it all."

Trump: "I moved on her actually. You know she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed. I'll admit it. I did try and fuck her, she was married."
Trump: "Yeah that's her with the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful... I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything."

Trump: “I’ll tell you the funniest is that I’ll go backstage before a show and everyone’s getting dressed. No men are anywhere, and I’m allowed to go in, because I’m the owner of the pageant and therefore I’m inspecting it. … ‘Is everyone OK?' You know, they’re standing there with no clothes. ‘Is everybody OK?’ And you see these incredible-looking women,
and so I sort of get away with things like that.”

THE BUCK STOPS HERE. No Trumper will ever say that.
Once upon a time the prior Republi'can' party used to like to claim to be the party of personal responsibility.

Now Magats say owners of companies have zero responsibility for any of the things they sign and submit since almost anything, in a company that is mid sized or above, is prepared for the owners by employees. Thus they say, even when the owner gives the employee the data to populate it with such as saying the sq ft of condo = 30,000 and to use the price/sq ft as the highest you can find in the market... and the employee does that and calculates the condo is worth $X, the Magats say Trump gets a pass for signing off on that fraud, because the employee did the calculation and handed it to him.

You do not even have to simply 'believe' judge Engoron as he attached copies of Trumps fraudulent statements, in great detail to the initial ruling. YOu can see the document where Trump hires Cushman Wakefield to do the valuation on 7 Springs and they say 'ok', and provide a value of $30MM. YOu can then see Trump buries and never submits it to the bank and instead creates his own valuation saying ~$300MM, and that he added on that it had 7 mansions already built and paid for on it, to justify the much higher value, when the property had none and had not even been permitted yet for any such development.

There are over a dozen clear and undeniable documents frauds cited which is why no trial was required to get the initial judgment.

You're simply intimidated by the great and sophisticated urban cultural centers of America.
You can't begin to understand them, but you defensively try to comment on them.

Give yourself a break and stay in your lane.

Horse mierda, old man.

Facts are facts and even the mayor of NYC says that illegals are destroying NYC.

Get a clue old man.

Why does Libby keep talking as if any of this matters?

People who DO matter DON"T CARE if Trump is guilty of the felonies or not.
If convictions are what keeps that pigfucking orangutan out of our faces for good,
than convictions are what we need to have.

Whether or not he's actually guilty of the specific felonies with which he's been charged,
it's very clear that he definitely IS a pigfucking orangutan
and we don't want or need him around.

Is this hard to understand?

Well,....at least you made an honest statement that we all know to be true. Few on your side have the decency to admit it though.
