BREAKING: Trump says he’s going to overturn the 14th Amendment with an executive order.

Okay. And why was Trump put back on the ballot?
And there it is. The evidence that you don't know anything about the actual court rulings.
Which court said Trump was ineligible to be on the ballot?
The district court ruled that Trump committed insurrection. Did they rule he couldn't be on the ballot because he committed insurrection?

You still aren't answering the question. It's very simple. Why was Trump put back on the ballot?

First you have to tell us when he was removed before we can discuss whether he was put back on.

Hint - He was never removed from the ballot since the decision was stayed.
No, we aren't going to discuss whether he was put back on because it's a fact that he was put back on after the Supreme Court decision. You're going to gave to deal with the facts here or move on.

You are the one not dealing with facts.
When was Trump removed from the ballot? Tell us which court you think removed his name from the ballot.

Then tell us why Trump never appealed the court ruling that stated he was an insurrectionist. That court ruling stands. Trump was found to be an insurrectionist by a Colorado court.

Agree, Trump was found to be an insurrectionist by the Colorado Supreme Court. That's correct. No, The Colorado Supreme Court ruling doesn't stand because the US Supreme Court decided 9-0 that Trump should be on the ballot. Do you know why?

ROFLMAO.
No Trump was not found to be an insurrectionist by the Colorado Supreme Court. The Colorado Supreme court simply ruled that the lower court didn't err on that question of whether Trump engaged in insurrection. They upheld that part of a lower court ruling. Can you tell us which part of the lower court ruling they overturned?

The Supreme court did NOT rule that Trump should be on the ballot. Clearly you have no clue as to what they ruled. The USSC ruled that the Colorado court erred when they ruled that states could enforce section 3 of the 14th amendment. The reason for that ruling was to prevent a patchwork of states imposing section 3.

I'll bet you don't even understand which ballot this litigation was about.

Word games. No court can determine anyone is an insurrectionist. Period. That's why Trump was put back on the ballot. Only congress can make the determination who is guilty of insurrection. The Colorado courts don't have the authority.

A registered Republican is a Republican. It seems I am not the one that has cognitive issues.

ROFL

A DNC operative who infiltrates the Republicans while 100% supporting the radical left.

You made a fool of yourself again.

It seems you are completely ignorant of the Supreme court ruling. It doesn't say that at all. In fact it gives states the power to determine who is guilty of insurrection since it gives states the power to prevent people from holding state office that have violated section 3 of the 14th amendment.

You keep getting facts wrong about what you claimed to have read. I don't think you really read it. Are you the one relying on MSNBC?

Nope. The Supreme Court said only Congress can determine who is an insurrectionist because that's what the 14th Amendment says. You're wrong.

What do you think this says? (Direct quote from court ruling, Trump v Anderson, page 6.)

This case raises the question whether the States, in addi-
tion to Congress, may also enforce Section 3.
We conclude
that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting
to hold state office.
But States have no power under the
Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal of-
fices, especially the Presidency.

(Page 12)
For the reasons given, responsibility for enforcing Section
3 against federal officeholders and candidates rests with
Congress and not the States.

You clearly have not read the court ruling if you are relying on Roll Call opinion pieces for what is in it. The ruling only restricts the states from enforcing section 3 against federal officeholders.

Trump wasn't running for state office. You have no point. That's why the US Supreme Court decided 9-0 against your argument.

Trump was found in Colorado court to be an insurrectionist. That ruling stands. The Supreme Court didn't decide 9-0 against my argument. You don't seem to even know what your argument is. You certainly haven't read any of the court rulings or you wouldn't be making so many specious arguments about what is in them.

The ruling can't stand because no court can determine anyone is guilty of insurrection. How many times do you have to be told...Only Congress can determine who is an insurrectionist. The state of Colorado used the 14th Amendment and that's what the 14th Amendment says. They are wrong and so are you. Unbelievable.

Illegal aliens are by definition not subject to the jurisdiction of the country and are in fact illegally present.
If illegal aliens are not subject to our jurisdiction, we cannot legally deport them. Just saying, you cannot have them both subject to our laws and not subject to our laws at once.
