Flynn is a hero who is only guilty of being politically persecuted. I will always recognize Flynn's pardon for being politically persecuted as his most prestigious achievement. God bless Flynn, and American hero!

That doesn't answer SmarterthanYou's question. Cite the Constitution, statute ,or case law that supports 'Flynn cannot use the 5th to avoid testifying in legal matters relating to others. '. Repeating it over and over doesn't make it true. In fact the more you repeat it without citing actual law reinforces to me it simply is not true.
