Flynn is a hero who is only guilty of being politically persecuted. I will always recognize Flynn's pardon for being politically persecuted as his most prestigious achievement. God bless Flynn, and American hero!
I worry about you. He lied several times to the FBI about being a foreign agent while he was getting a job to head the NSA. Do you find that heroic? Trump pardoned a traitor and liar. He lied to the courts and finally confessed in court. You found that heroic? The guy is reprehensible and not very good at it.
He was not persecuted, but you are persecuting the truth and the courts. He withdrew his guilty plea because Trump promised to pardon him. Trump interfered with the law and justice. You like that. How sad you are.

How many threads are you going to hide in? You are nothing but a despicable coward. Congrats. Hopefully, somebody had the sense to get you neutered before you could spread your ignorance to others.

In addition, Flynn will no longer be able to claim protection under the 5th Amendment in any future litigation that he may be called to provide testimony for.
That doesn't answer SmarterthanYou's question. Cite the Constitution, statute ,or case law that supports 'Flynn cannot use the 5th to avoid testifying in legal matters relating to others. '. Repeating it over and over doesn't make it true. In fact the more you repeat it without citing actual law reinforces to me it simply is not true.
Flynn: History will remember him a nothing more than a gutless traitor.

Answer the question. Cite statutes or case law. You won't. You can't.Man, you are worse than I thought. If you had even a "101" level of understanding regarding of criminal law, my post would make perfect sense.
Something about "self incrimination" seems to confuse you....lol
Aare you a lawyer? ( Be careful, this is a bait question)If you had even a "101" level of understanding regarding of criminal law, my post would make perfect sense.

Such a brilliant assessment of law by the Sand Box Marine.
If he is testifying about something that could incriminate him for acts not related to the pardon he can still invoke the 5th (unless he is given immunity).
I think he acknowledged guilt when he plead guilty.
Did Nixon acknowledge guilt when he was pardoned although he had not been charged with any criminal act?
It isn't true. You are always entitled to take a 5th Amendment defense. You invoke it, shut your mouth, and that's that. You do have to do it up front. You can't make a statement or start answering questions then decide to stop. But a pardon doesn't indicate guilt or innocence anymore than it strips you of some legal right in future court proceedings you may be summoned to.
