Well most folks that come here on vacation eat in restaurants, not brown bag it.. Prob to expensive for you.. I hear Mississippi has lots of cheap package deals, some include a couple free tokens @ the casino in Gulfport..

Infrastructure. The Bay Area is the backbone of a lot of the internet. But again, notice what you're saying here. If you have money, California is a great place to be. If you're working class, not so much. I'm not disputing why the rich like California. I'm explaining why it sucks for everyone else.

Again, zoning laws are a lot of the reason for the housing shortage in San Fran. It would not be like that if they weren't so restrictive. The reason they are restrictive is to benefit current land and property owners. They design the rules to keep their properties high in value.

The game is rigged, basically. Ironically, the most socially left state is also the most corporately corrupt.
