CALIFORNIA to make its low gun fatality rate even lower with more gun regulation

Amazing some don't see the obvious evidence, the majority of those States with more restrictive gun laws regarding ownership have lower gun violence rates, while the opposite holds true for the gun loving States, like they can't see the handwriting on the wall

Australia.

Lie, and irrelevant.

Hardly the case, and I do know what my grammar school teacher taught me regarding prefatory clauses, and it's relation to the operative clause, appears you must have been out that week

There was no error in grammar, O Grammar Cop (that doesn't know grammar).

My fave is the "laws don't work" argument. If you ban heroin only criminals will have heroin. Duh, that's a truism. In fact, it's the damn point.
And then you catch some of those criminals and have a right to punish. Not my favorite set of laws but it makes the point.

Yes, laws do work. I try to avoid breaking them myself. And if my employer didn't drug test I'd be gobbling chewables right now, cuz they are legal here.

Anyway, if you restrict gun access, types, and places, mandate safety, background check for felons, etc, you will reduce the rate of death by gun.
It's a duh. If you reduce the speed limit you will reduce the deaths from speeding. Duh ditto.

Unconstitutional.

NOPE the Supreme Court is... and they have always come down on the side of the individual right to keep and bear arms... pisses you fucking libs off everytime

Dear fucking idiot

Gun regulations is not banning guns ass crack

It is regulating their use

The SCOTUS says gun regulations are constitutional

WRONG. The Supreme Court has NO authority over the Constitution. They can neither interpret it nor change it. See Article III of the Constitution of the United States.
