Can anyone make a cogent case for how birthright citizenship is good for America?

Why do you lie? Seriously?

The information is regarding illegals.

Oh, and you are wrong in your claim. In fact the SCOTUS ruled that Trump's EO holds - Anchor Babies are over - as is your plot to colonize America using third world peasants.

Your sedition has failed.
A child born in the US is not in the US illegally. US citizens can not be in the US illegally.

The USSC did not rule what you claimed. The USSC ruled that a district judge can't do a national injunction but said they do so if the states sue or if it is a class action. Since then there have been a couple of class actions suits that are working their way through the courts.

Except this is EXACTLY the shit your Elon Musk preaches. It is something they all talk about. It's why your friends at the "Unite the Right" rally chanted against being "replaced".

They call it the "Great Replacement Theory". Check it out. It's fucked beyond fucked. And it's 100% your side of the aisle.

Theory?

Your party, especially Chuck Schumer has BRAGGED about it for decades. Our own Arab Terrorist @Guno צְבִי has over a thousand posts on this board praising the great replacement - which in fact is occupation and colonization.

Sure it does. It's why black kids have a tougher time being adopted in the US.

Because racist democrat won't allow white families to adopt them?

We're seeing that in real time now as ag work is going un-done in parts of the Midwest

What are you yapping about, Comrade?

Are you an idiot.

At least I'm not stupid enough to think that citizens are deported. Though "think" isn't the proper term for the misfiring synapses in that broccoli stalk that substitutes for a brain with you.

All persons born in the US are US citizens at birth.

All persons born to citizens or legal residents are - anchor babies are not. The traitorous plot of democrats to colonize America using third world peasants has finally been stopped.

The USSC did not rule they were not.

The court ruled that district judges cannot issue nationwide injunctions Comrade - thwarting the insurrection from blocking Trump's EO. The only way to stop it is to get the SCOTUS to rule against it - and that ain't going to happen, no matter how much acid you drop.

Bull fucking shit you lying POS
ICE has deported several US citizens over the years.

GAO report using ICE data from Obama and the first Trump Presidency.

Available data indicate ICE and CBP took enforcement actions against some U.S. citizens. For example, available ICE data indicate that ICE arrested 674, detained 121, and removed 70 potential U.S. citizens from fiscal year 2015 through the second quarter of fiscal year 2020 (March 2020).

ROFLMAO. Too bad you can't actually read the ruling. The court allows for class action lawsuits to provide universal relief. A court need only follow Rule 23 in order to issue nationwide injunctions.

The bill of peace lives in modern form, but not as the universal in-
junction. It is instead analogous to the modern class action—which, in
federal court, is governed by Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Pro-
cedure. See ibid. Rule 23 requires numerosity (such that joinder is
impracticable), common questions of law or fact, typicality, and repre-
sentative parties who adequately protect the interests of the class.
Fed. Rule Civ. Proc. 23(a). The requirements for a bill of peace were
virtually identical. See 7A Wright, Federal Practice and Procedure
§1751, at 10 and n. 4. By forging a shortcut to relief that benefits par-
ties and nonparties alike, universal injunctions impermissibly circum-
vent Rule 23’s procedural protections. Pp. 12–15.

If true, it would be mistaken identity. And as rare as a surgeon cutting off the wrong limb.

Too bad you lying here has no impact on reality.

Trump's EO stopping anchor baby occupation efforts stands. The little minions that democrats have infected our courts with are constrained from issuing nationwide injunctions and can only rule on the case before them.

The rule of law has been restored.

ROFLMAO... So when presented with reality you just deny it exists.
You are delusional.

By the way. You should really try reading the court ruling. It left the injunctions in place that prevented Trump's EO from being enforced to anyone that had sued him and gotten an injunction. It only said the injunction couldn't be applied universally without a class action lawsuit.

A partial stay will cause no harm to respondents because they
will remain protected by the preliminary injunctions
to the extent nec-
essary and appropriate to afford them complete relief

I showed that even ICE admits that they have deported citizens.

What you neglected to mention is how extremely rare the handful of instances are, that those citizens had no valid ID or paper trail to establish residence, and that the actions were reversed as soon as the mistakes were discovered. Oh, and NONE of these were deported under the Trump administration.

The fact that you can't accept reality isn't my problem.

Your "whataboutism" is an attempt to cover for the outright lies you told that "Trump is deporting citizens."

You told a bold lie - but no one believed you.
