Can Heterosexuality be Reversed?

And what a theological conundrum it all creates! Despite the free will that Judaism espouses, the lives of all the forebearers of all the rabbis from 800 years in the future mentioned in the Talmud would all have to be pre-ordained. Everyone's spouses would already be picked out, centuries in advance. Their kid's genders and names all chosen ahead of time... For centuries...leading up to the moment when their progeny would train to become a rabbi and would expound on some minor aspect of the Torah, and that rabbi would write down exactly what God predicted to Moses that he would write... Because, according to DY, our own Talmudic acholar, God told the entire Talmud to Moses on Mt. Sinai, word for word. Mind bending, to say the least.
 
OR.... DY meant to type Torah instead of Talmud. Now THAT is nowhere near as mind bending, and much more likely to be the case... That would require an admission of an error on the part of DY, however, which we all know will not happen.

Only if you keep worrying at it. One thing I've learned (although sometimes forget) is that it just isn't worth it to keep gnawing at something on forums like this. Going back and forth about who said what when and how much - I mean, if you enjoy it, go for it! if you like to watch it for days, keep on responding. But if you don't like it - drop it. Or in the case of Talmud/Torah say "oops, wrong word" and move on.

In the case of the prostitute - you really don't have to keep it going about whether MM was implying man or man or not unless you just really enjoy that kind of wrangling.

What do you think he was stating? Does a "john" mean a woman, or a man? How is a reasonable, unbiased person supposed to "interpret" that? If it is open to interpretation at all.

Does a "mark" mean a woman or a man? A john is a client of a prostitute. A mark is the target of a con man. Marks and johns can be either gender. Merriam-Webster says so.

How did those Jews figure out how to keep all that Talmud stuff a secret for nearly a millennium and then have all those rabbis write all those explanations and commentaries about what God told Moses on Mt. Sinai WORD FOR WORD what God told Moses they would say all those centuries before. Do you HAVE a fucking explanation for that bizarre story, or is it simply because you fucked up and don't have the stones or the grace to admit it? If you have a different interpretation of your sentence, I'd love to hear it.

Still can't explain God telling Moses the names of rabbis far off into the future who would comment on other things that God told him, and even tell Moses the entire content of those commentaries.

Or, still can't find the humility to just admit you went to type Torah and Talmud slipped in there unexpectedly and you missed it in your pre-posting review?

Ah well... i won't hold my breath for any of those things to happen.
