Can the country be unified?

We've already limited the voters' choices by having only two viable parties. Sometimes to clean house you must be ruthless.

True, but parties come and go. I think the reason there are only two is because of the dynamics of the rules (i.e. the Constitution). It's not that there is a limit to two parties, it's just how the dynamics work out.

This is why people who seek to destroy one party or another are idiots; another party will rise like a phoenix from the ashes.

IMO, the sooner the Republican party burns itself to the ground, the sooner a reasonable conservative party can take its place.

It can.

But the problem is that too many Americans do not believe in democracy.

That is the problem. You cannot unify a nation if a large minority does not even want a democracy.

That is because we are not a democracy idiot! After the last four years of the liberal assault on anything good, anything pro American, pro freedom, pro patriotic?
Up yours!

Years ago I worked on the purchase of an office building on 17th St. Downtown looked like it had a lot going on at the time and I'd imagine it's only continuing to grow. As great as the Bay Area, and it's amazing, is it's not the end all be all and it's understandable why tech firms are looking at places like Denver, Salt Lake City, Austin, Dallas, Nashville etc.

And as far as pricing out locals your commented reminded me of the anti-California stickers that would pop up on for sale signs in Portland as Cali transplants have bumped up prices there as well. I believe Boise is experience something similar as is Las Vegas to a degree (only being partially tounge-in-cheek saying half of So Cal now lives in Vegas).

Denver is still a hot market, but construction has slowed down since the post-recession explosion. The city's skyline changed in less than a decade. It was a pretty amazing thing to witness but not unlike dozens of other developing cities around the country. The 17th St. properties are mostly large and stabilized. I bet that was a good deal to be on.

I try not to complain about transplants too much. People like to live in desirable places that they can afford. That's how I ended up in CO. The bigger problem is foreign cash. Denver/Boulder now has the same problem that NYC has had for decades. Overseas buyers swoop into desirable markets and close on all-cash deals over asking price without inspections. They don't care what condition the property's in because they'll never live in it. It's just an investment for them. A lot of them don't even get rented out and sit dark in stunning neighborhoods until the city or the HOA finds the owner and makes them cut the grass. They don't need lending, so they can move at lightning speed and block out the people who were born here who want to buy a home and start a family. It's a little sad, but I work in real estate, so my heart doesn't bleed too much.

There will be some new parties coming up the scales

The Republican Party is now Russian owned

Unless trump starts his own party the Republican name belongs to him

What party will the never trumpets start

That assures republicans won’t be winning elections

Constantly reverting to hooking up talk while discussing shit here is anti female right ass wink
Pretending it’s not is like being a racist and claiming you are not racist

All you have to do is say "No, I was never on PH and we didn't meet at the rally in DC". Why is that so hard? The fact you don't deny it makes me wonder.

Dear fucking idiot

A republic is a democracy if it’s based on the voters choice

If people get to vote to decide who represents them then that is a democracy

Fuck you very much

Wow. No surprise that fascists like you hate democracy.

The Framers understood what true democracy would do, and made us a representative republic to prevent it! They understood with enough free crap given to people they would always vote for that party! They have become like the monkey who is grasping a banana in a jar, and is trapped because he won't let go of the banana.

245 years of amending a government limiting document to make up for human apathy and stupidity is killing our country. lets try bringing intelligence back

Apathy and stupidity only applies to the voters; and they were apathetic and stupid when the country was formed, too. I think what has changed more dramatically in 244 years is human technology and cunningness in using it. It's not stupidity that doomed us. It's intelligence and the absence of morality/standards/ethics. Term limits weren't needed in the 18th century because legislators ran modest campaigns, went to the capital for a couple of months each year, legislated, and then went back to their real lives to do their real jobs. When their civic duty had been fulfilled the community would find another volunteer. Now that we have international commerce, multinational corporations, instantaneous global communication, the internet, and unlimited money influence in politics, the entire system has been manipulated, warped, and broken. People build lifelong careers in office. They do that by selling their votes to corporate interests and the interests of ultra-rich individuals. They run campaigns that never end and hire full-time, year-round staffs of dozens of people. Term limits is only one of many steps that need to be taken, but it's a good one.

I think whatever your faith you gotta be lacking in intelligence to want a moron such as Biden as president. How the hell can any rational person want a man who despises the rule of law and who supports the murders and destruction caused by the BLM, to be president?? It not only makes no sense it goes beyond any form of rational thought.

Oh, you'll be a fun one. Maybe make a few more posts than three before going full on bat shit.
