I listed the rights, can you read? trump went right through them. If he gets sued, it will stop until the court makes a decision. Trump does not respect laws. There is a process for revoking a clearance and it has contestability. I know you are a blind ass Trumpian and think if Trump does it, it is good. But the laws may prevail.
 
If the president uses any part of his official power to punish people simply for speaking out against him, he has committed an abuse of power.

They do and have, even recently. You are speaking of something you know nothing at all about. Then, that is your wont. The people in the Cia use all the resouces thay have to protect the country. They are not driven by petty anger like you are.
 
THe president has the power to fire people, but if he fires the director of the FBI in an attempt to hide his own criminal activity, he has abused his power.

Did trump do that? Obviously not. Executive orders have the same standing as laws. When I talk with you, I feel like I am talking with a kid. You never have a clue except if Trump does it, it is good.

The rules to fight revocation were given already. They are legal. Looks like Brennan may test them in court. Trump has nothing to stand on. If he makes an executive order, it is not retroactive. Trump will lose. You will not be able to follow it.
