NO but It is his second term that you might want to sleep though.
IF he does even 1/3 of what he says he wants to do it will cause great harm to the AMERICAN PEOPLE and destroy our economy and may even destroy the USA as we have known it all our lives.
Turning the USA into a dictatorship isn't anything I want to see and that is just what he says he wants to do.
IF you have listened to what he has been saying you would be able to see it.
Lets see , Putting high tariffs on everything we import , that the CONSUMER will pay driving up the cost of almost everything we buy a lot higher then Biden's inflation did, and causing us to go into a recession / depression on purposes is insane.
getting every federal agency to go after his political opponents and putting them in jail just because he thinks they looked at him cross eyed , and dealing with due process later, when is later, does later ever come , that IS taking their 5th Amendment rights away.
And that is just what DICTATORS do NOT Presidents of the USA.
The same with all the MSM networks, networks that have talk shows and call in shows taking AMERICANS First Amendment rights away.
And don't forget he said at one time he would take some AMERICANS guns away from them and deal with the due process thing later taking away their second Amendment rights away .

Meaning it does not apply only to consecutive terms. Ordinary statutory construction. Nor could Trump argue that the Amendment reasonably didn't contemplate nonconsecutive terms since Grover Cleveland had been elected to nonconsecutive terms.
