Oh Jerry, let’s get real with facts. Trump “backing down” on tariffs? Please. He hit Canada with a 25% tariff on March 4, and Trudeau’s bawling about it doesn’t mean victory. Canada slapped $21 billion in retaliatory tariffs on U.S. stuff like orange juice and peanut butter from red states. Cute.

They’re not tough. They’re scared stiff since 75% of their exports depend on us. Trump’s got them cornered. He eased up on some USMCA goods until April 2, 2025, after carmakers like GM begged.

Canada’s still clutching their little counter-tariffs because Trudeau’s trying desperately not to fold (he'll have to soon or fold) so he can try to save face, lol. He's not liking the label his own people have for him. They think he's halfway through his transition process, sporting a Mangina, I agree.

Canada’s economy is about to tank. Didn’t come to play? They brought a twig to Trump’s cannon fight. Go sip your latte and sob. America’s boss as much as that disappoints libtards like you. BEAUTIFUL post! Very well said! I'll just quickly expand upon this one little point that you made within it.

A major reason why these other so-called "Western" countries can even afford (sort of) to offer "free healthcare" (meaning state-sponsored healthcare) in the first place is because WE (the USA) keep taking it up the ass via shitty trade deals while also paying for the VAST majority of their national defense and their/our wars. IOW, WE (in a way) are keeping their state-sponsored healthcare systems afloat.

They are all milking off of our (once enormous, but now shriveling up) teet. This all stems back to "capitalism vs socialism" and how socialism is theft and can only survive off of the backs of other people's labor. Socialism cannot survive without capitalism to steal from.

I could also get into how our USA citizenry is being poisoned by our food system [and how our doctors are pill pushers instead of healers] (which has led to much higher healthcare expenses & costs), but that's another discussion.

Also remember that Canada's so-called "retaliatory tariffs" are only because Trump is now retaliating to their tariffs that have already been in place against us. IOW, Trudeau is "retaliating" because Trump had the nerve to retaliate against Trudeau's already-in-place tariffs.

Marxists don't like it when you challenge/change the advantageous-for-them "status-quo".
