these hormones are artificially injected. They make the meat chewy and uber thick, you are a dunce who thinks he is smart, I bump into all kinds of you types. Knows just enough to think he is a stable genius.
I used to raise chickens. They are not 'pumped full of hormones'. The chicks are given an vaccine to prevent disease (while still in their eggs no less!), and that's it. Just good old grain (usually corn or wheat). Some farms use steroids to increase muscle mass for chickens destined to for the slaughterhouse. It doesn't toughen up anything.
I think you don't know how to cook chicken. Overcooking a chicken will make it tough and rubbery.
