In Eastern Europe, most of the people I've spoken to still use Liberalism to describe Democracy, Capitalism, Liberal values of Individualism etc.

CHG or Caucasus Hunter Gatherers who became the Caucasus peoples bearing G haplogroups.
WHG or Western Hunter Gatherers like Cheddar man, direct descendants of the European Cro Magnon bearing I2a Haplogroups.
ENF Near-Eastern Neolithic farmers, who probably came from the Natufian culture of Israel bearing E1b1b, J1, J2, G & I1a haplogroups.

CHG are definitely mostly associated with the Caucasus region, ,even today.
WHG or Villabruna related ancestry, peaks in the Basque, Irish, and Baltic region.
ANE peaks in Siberians, Native Americans, Eastern Europeans, and Indo-Iranians.
(Although, Yamnaya Aryan DNA peaks probably in Lithuanians)
ENF peaks in Sardinians & other South-West Asians like Arabs, and Jews.
