on the morning after the attack and before the administration made the claim it was a spontaneous attack she advised the Egyptian government it was a terrorist attack.....
on page 29 of the Benghazi committee report it states that in a September 14 email Rhodes sent to Rice he stated that "one of the goals of the Administration should be to underscore that these protests were rooted in an internet video and not a broader failure of policy"
this was well after the time that the CIA was aware it was a planned terrorist attack.......

they spent time on Susan rice, .the report said, Rice appeared on sunday talk shows with the "piecemeal'intelligence regarding the intentions/affiliations/or motivations of the attackers as welll as planning and coordination.Much of the intelligence was conflicting and 2 years latr, intelligence gaps remain.

The report also said the comm. concludes that after the attacks, the early intel assessments and the admins narrative were not fully accurate. there was a stream of contradictory and conflicting intelligence that came out after the attacks. the comm. found intel to support the CIAs initial assessment that the attack evolved out of a Benghazi protest. But it also found contradictory intel, which proved to be accurate.
