Excellent point. Several of my friends/ instructors have family members who went to boarding school. As you might imagine this issue is causing a lot of angst and anger.

And what kind of a pathetic loser is a citizen of this country that they are competing for jobs with illegal aliens? Do you have any idea the only kind of jobs that are available to them? He just got slapped down from his own Church. There's a movement within the Methodist Church to have Sessions expelled from the Methodist Church as he angered a lot of his fellow Methodist when he misquoted Romans 13 to rationalize his policy.

I mean his actions are hardly in the spirit of Christ. That's for damned sure.

Besides, I'm hardly wealthy, at least by US Standards. Upper middle class to be sure and I got there the old fashioned way. I worked my ass off for 6 years to earn a graduate level education and then worked my ass off to learn my profession and make an above average income. I didn't make it by whining about having to compete with illegal immigrants for minimum wage jobs as meat processors, house maids, short order cooks and gardeners.

No dumbshit, it’s not a fallacy, it is an argument allowing a contested point arguendo. It takes the form, “setting aside that you are wrong as to minor premise A, and allowing that it is true, your are still wrong because premise B is false also.
