Yeah. That was my first reaction.I was conflicted with their drinking habits. They would drink while driving ('It's not illegal to Drink and Drive, it's illegal to be Drunk and Drive'), which didn't bother me, it was their habit of throwing the can or bottle out of the window no matter where they were. They were completely unaware of the concept of 'Litter'.
