Sure he can. But he cannot accept luxury vacations from a personal who is politically active if he is a Supreme Court Justice. If you can't see the absolute lack of ethics and integrity, I can't help you. This is absolutely unethical and lacks any integrity. But it is Thomas we are talking about. Ironically, the same Republicans who are whining about the judges daughter working for Joe Biden seem to have no problem with Clarence Thomas being married to an election denier and not recusing himself from election cases. The Republican party has basically become a criminal enterprise. Deputizing citizens to rat out their neighbors? Really? Booting people from their ELECTED OFFICES because they support legitimate, peaceful demonstrations? You need to stop defending this party. They are abhorrent.

right.....so the next provision does - he can't take gifts from people that he is doing business with in his capacity as a judge. so if they have a court case, he can't take gifts.

Find someone that accepted more than $25 bucks. Good luck finding that on any of the following:

Ginsburg, Roberts, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Sotomayor, basically ANY Supreme court justice of ANY slant NOT named Thomas or Alito. Those are the two crooks on the court. Good luck pal

A person who is impeached and convicted and removed from office is usually prohibited from holding federal office in the future. Congress forgot to include that provision when they convicted Hastings.

that was pretty much my point with the first post about the LACK of in depth investigations of liberal judges.........because it would expose the same level of corruption. i'm sure you'll disagree because you're a brainwashed lemming, but whatever.
