The funny thing is there is nothing new in Durham's filing. We already knew that it was the DNS records that raised questions as to why the server in Trump tower was contacting Russia. The only thing the filing does is try to say the lawyers have a conflict of interest. I find it interesting that Durham is trying to prevent his indictment from going to trial by making such claims.
Having the DNS records is not an infiltration of Trump Tower. They used scraped data from the net to figure out that Trump IPs were attempting to contact Russian IPs. Anyone can do a reverse IP lookup if you have the IPs.

They funny thing is is that Durham never claims they illegally spied upon anyone. He merely claims that there is a conflict of interest for the lawyers because they previously represented the tech company provided services to the EOP. He never once states they did anything illegal let alone that they illegally spied. In fact Durham can't make any such claim unless he files an indictment claiming they violated an actual law. The mere fact that you and the RW idiots are jumping on this raises questions about Durham's filing which is only supposed to include facts and not be prejudicial. The prejudicial nature of how it is being taken raises ethical questions of how and why Durham made this filing.
The question is, did you read the filing? I would bet you didn't. The part that the RW fools are up in arms over doesn't allege any criminal activity. Rather it is just a factual recount of what they say existed prior to Sussman's discussion with the FBI. It is a basis for trying to claim Sussman lied about not having any clients, not that there was illegal spying going on.

There is no evidence of anyone hacking Trump's servers. Collecting DNS data on web traffic is NOT hacking someone else's server. Durham has never once to my knowledge alleged that any Trump servers were hacked.
Then we have the issue of a 5 year statute of limitations with the majority of Federal crimes. It is now 2022. Unless they can indict for a conspiracy to defraud the US government (which has a 10 year statute of limitations) no one can be indicted for alleged crimes in 2016.
Yeah, if you believe alleged, claimed, attest, assert, and accused proves guilty, apparently Fox does, but then again, they often report innuendo as facts

They know the TrumpTards won't read it or understand it so they just throw it out there with a sexy title hoping their minions will swallow it. And many do.
