Anyone selling them short doesn't know football. I'm not selling any of the four teams short. Anyone of them can take it. As far as the sheer talent, I think this may be the richest 4 teams in the CFP yet.

I don't think Fields is a top NFL QB prospect. He has serious mechanics issues with his throwing but as a college level spread offense QB with his ability to both run and throw and be a dual threat...he's quite excellent. :)

My main issue is that the Badgers defense was basically camped-out past the Buckeye O-Line the entire first half, and Fields still seemed unaware of their presence the entire time.

Well they’re emotional but stupid. No shortage of stupidity anywhere. I’m cautiously optimistic for good reason as you should be.
As any good Clemson or Oklaholma fan should be.

Well anyone would have. They were playing the old Bears defense (Clemson does that too) and our oline responded to it poorly.

Also known as the Buddy Ryan 46 defense. It’s where you stack the line of scrimmage with 4 down linemen an two linebackers, have two linebackers behind the line and play 3db with the safety focused on linebacker support.

The idea is to stop the passing game by overwhelming the QB with the rush.

Both LSU and Clemson flamed out in spectacular fashion. Not sure either will recover.
