It is a known fact that the less educated voted for Trump. It is a known fact that those in higher education are overwhelmingly democrats. Major CEO's are not all republican. It is obvious you are one of the less educated.

Third, only fucking morons think there is a direct 100% linkage between State politics and national politics. People can vote for a Republican or Democratic governor and a Libertarian President or any kind of mix you like.

Lastly, elections won by narrow margins are always dicier for Governors because there are more direct consequences and actions. No President has ever faced a recall election.

We didn't have calculators when I was taking math in h.s. We learned on paper. My dad also taught me how to use his slide rule. My younger girls (who graduated in 2004 and 2005) were allowed to use calculators only in the higher math courses (calc and trig). Otherwise, they learned on paper too.

Interesting. My girls graduated from a rural h.s. with less than 300 students total. They must have had to import some liberals for the staff and board because there sure were not very many living up there. :laugh:

Again, I think you are missing the point about the differences between the States and the Federal government.

For someone who constantly whines about "the deep state" you keep wanting to form one with state governors, state reps and the feds all mixed together.

My grandkids aren't being taught cursive. Now Grandma and me have a secret code to share notes. :laugh:

I only learned to do very basic arithmetic on Dad's slide rule. When he passed away, I gave it to my brother-in-law.
