Correct. Election official don't declare a winner until the vote is certified. They do release vote totals as they are reported. The reported votes allow the media to declare a winner and allow the candidates to see who is leading and the trailing candidate can't possibly win so if they are honorable and respect the process they will concede.

The Truth is the States of Arizona and Nevada really has no excuse for taking this much time to count their votes.

Other more populated states are able to wrap all this up in less than 24 hours!

It does not means anyone is cheating.

No you are wrong, other states take just as long to count all the mail in ballots as Arizona does. The difference is that states know how many of those mail in ballots are out there and if it happens to be 100,000 and one of their candidates is ahead by 250,000, they call the race, the result is known. Florida was still counting mail in ballots the other day but DeSantis was so far ahead they called the race as soon as the margin made the mail-ins meaningless on election night. It is not as though Florida could count their ballots faster than Arizona. You can't count a ballot on election day if it doesn't arrive in the mail until 3 days after election day and if that mail in could decide the winner you have to wait for it. Why do you suppose it's always the swing state where the race is tight that you have to wait?

There was no fraud in the 2020 election, that has already been proven with multiple counts and no fucking evidence whatsoever of fraud.

The next question is when they can start validating ballots. For instance Wisconsin requires the ballots be received on or before election day but they can't start verifying them until election day. That means they have to open every envelope on election day and check signatures before they can start counting them.

Very well if a state says we must receive ballots by election day fine but most don't. It doesn't mean anyone is cheating. I would think throwing away 100,000 ballots because they arrived the day after election day a lot more like negligence or cheating than making people wait. People have been waiting and itching for election day for the past year they can't wait a few more days?

if every state has the same rules, why is it every state besides AZ, NV and CA took DAYS less time than those three to count their votes?......Colorado had a close race in Boebert's district, down to a few hundred votes......they did a RECOUNT in less time the CA District 9 to tally its votes.....

Look, I am not arguing with you about most of what you just said. For Fuck's sake, I understand the mail-in delays. But a deadline is a deadline! Rules are rules.

State Legislatures control the deadlines and the rules! So when people are not happy about the rules- they need to take it up with their own state legislatures.

If anyone is bitching about another state's rules other than their own- CRY US A RIVER.

I am not bitching, but none of this should take over a week- in my opinion.

But, I would never accuse anyone involved in the counting as CHEATING- with no proof to back me up!
