CONSTITUTION MUST BE CHANGED

Bullshit Blob revels in the public display of his ignorance, perversion, and worthlessness.
If only he were unique.
America has at least 63,000,000 people whose absence would improve the planet immensely.
If somebody comes up with a plan for that, that's my candidate.

This is an ironic rant coming from an idiot who is proposing something that will never happen. You are the definition of ignorance snowflake. Not to mention an ugly fat fuck.

I'm pretty sure the EC vote is a hotter priority for lefties right now. I bet adding a dozen new lefty judges to scotus is a hotter priority as well.

The electoral college would be a long process. Changing the constitution requires 2/3rd in house and senate and ratification by 3/4rs of the states. The Dem house certainly does not have that power.
The house also does not have the power to add Supremes.

The Office of Attorney General must be removed from the Cabinet, where it distinctly does not belong, and be made a national elective office.

Just about every state attorney general is a constitutional office directly elected by the voters of the state.

The AG is supposed to be America's Lawyer, not the Executive Branch's lawyer.

It should never have been a presidential appointment confirmed by the senate in the first place.

It, like the presidency, should be an elective office without term limits so if we ever get a good one, we can keep him or her.

If we get a dud like Barr, we can shitcan him/her at the polls.

I don't believe in elected judges at any level, but AGs should definitely be elected.

Among Trump's duties is to enforce the Constitution of the United States and the laws passed under it's authority by Congress. The office of Attorney General acts as the prosecuting attorney for this purpose, which is an executive branch purpose.

Anyone can file a case. It doesn't have to be Barr.

Did you happen to notice that Mueller isn't challenging anything Barr has said? Wouldn't Mueller be the first one out there challenging Barr's statement if it was inaccurate?

Pack the Court.

Eight more states that add the 'cast our state vote regardless how we voted' to the winner of the Popular Vote takes care of the EC.

Barr said the report did not exonerate Trump.

Do you think a President should appoint his brother as AG?

We didn't vote for Kennedy you moron.

That's not an answer.

Yes, it is.

Not to the question

Yes, it was.

I asked you a yes or no question, and you're to stupid to cum up with an answer.

You didn't ask me anything you moron. But your question, which I answered, had NOTHING to do with the thread topic.

Hello NiftyNiblick,

No, actually that would be a crippling blow to the country.

We need all the people, the left and the right, to make America great.

It is our diversity which makes us great.

If either side managed to make the other side go away, it would be a major loss of our political check and balance system. No matter which side of the we/they thing you are on, 'we' need 'them' to keep us on our toes.

Nothing has been a greater motivator for the left in recent years than Donald Trump. Not even global climate change.

You didn't answer a simple yes and no question.

You never asked one of me. Good lord; seriously???

But if you are asking ME now, NO, I vehemently disagree with that. Yet Democrats LOVED JFK and his appointment of his brother as AG. Talk about hypocrisy and a major conflict of interest!!! ;)
