Corrupt judge allows lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse to proceed!!!

If justice is to be served, the cost of the defense will be paid for my those filing the nonsense once it is settled

Agreed on GED or other higher education. I don't recall the lie, but I believe you and I can agree the kid is a dumbass who is unlikely to complete any program longer than two years. IIRC, the Army refused to consider him.

the same videos that showed an amazing amount of restraint and ability, which exonerated him, will also be used to find him not liable in any civil trial, especially when those very videos show Huber and the others trying to murder him.

He claimed that he was enrolled in online courses studying to be a nurse. The university he mentioned said that he was not. He also later lied about going to two different schools in Texas -- Blinn and TX A&M.

Kyle Rittenhouse 'not enrolled in any ASU classes,' university officials say

During his trial, Rittenhouse told the court he had enrolled in nursing classes at ASU. However, it was later revealed that Rittenhouse was taking virtual classes, and not attending in person. In the days following that revelation, ASU officials released a statement that reads:

"Kyle Rittenhouse has not gone through the admissions process with Arizona State University and is not enrolled in the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. ASU can confirm that Mr. Rittenhouse enrolled as a non-degree seeking ASU Online student for the session that started Oct. 13, 2021, which allows students access to begin taking classes as they prepare to seek admission into a degree program at the university."

On Nov. 29, a spokesperson with ASU issued a new statement explaining further, which reads:

The burden of proof is completely different. He will be bankrupt, plain and simple. Why? Because he is partially responsible for those deaths. If if he had done nothing wrong (he did, btw, he lied, he failed to surrender, he ran from the scene of the shooting), he possessed a weapon he was not allowed to possess. That gives him civil liability. I get that this little punkass liar is your hero, but he's going to be your broke ass hero when this trial is over. He will be found negligent, and he will pay every dime he has and every dime he's likely to make in the future.
